Before I introduce the course, let me tell you why I created it ...
It may sound surprising, but I started in the exact same place as many of you are right now.
I was running the rat race and had a hectic schedule as a full time corporate worker. Working hours were long, and I had to fly frequently for work. My career was progressing well.
BUT the career came at a high expense on my health. Maintaining a regular health and fitness routine was TOUGH.
So I did what everyone else did – I signed up for a gym membership, hoping to motivate myself to get healthier.
Well, the gym membership was hardly utilized, as I was mostly out of the country or simply had no energy left after a hard day to workout.
Then I decided to exercise at my own time at home or in whichever hotel I was staying. Nothing stuck except for running. I just kept running because I thought it was good to exercise a lot.
My stress level was increasing all these while as I climbed up the corporate ladder. But hey, my physical fitness was improving! I thought I was in a good place..
That was until I tore my ankle tendons due to over-running. In a second I was back to no running, no exercise, no activity… Those were depressing days.
Desperate for a more holistic movement routine that would help me with my physical and mental health, I stumbled upon yoga apps – this was my first introduction to yoga!
While I was new to yoga, I loved being able to move, stretch and sweat at home. There was no need to worry about making time for the gym, the bad weather, or looking good for my yoga classes.
I LOVE the liberation (and the savings on my finances!).
After much trial-and-error and lots of time spent on structuring a yoga program that was fun yet challenging, I learnt to do yoga the 'right' way during an independent practice. I've also learnt to integrate key practices such as pranayama and meditation into my life.
It was amazing that I was no longer constrained with fixed exercise schedules that conflicted with my plans, and could practise yoga anywhere, everywhere, at my own pace and time.
Most importantly, my yoga practice has led to true transformation - inside and outside. I could think more clearly, make better decisions, had lower stress level, looked more toned than ever before and stopped having insomnia.
I eventually built on my yoga practice to become a yoga teacher and an online business owner to spread the word about the benefits of a home yoga practice.
It took me years of trial-and-error and previous failures to progress from beginner yogi to having a daily home yoga practice today.

How much experience do I need to start the Home Yoga Toolkit?
There is no real requirement to start the course. However, if you want to get the most out of this course, I would recommend having a few months of practice prior.
If you are still worried or unsure, fret not. You can start with the Home Yoga for Beginners book. This book is meant to help yogis kickstart their practice – it looks at basic concepts and details each poses so that you can slowly build up your experience. When you are ready to join the Home Yoga Toolkit, you can come back here again.
What is the difference between the Home Yoga Toolkit and the Home Yoga for Beginners Book?
Let’s talk about the format. The Home Yoga Toolkit is delivered as a video based course supplemented with various ebooks and guides. The Home Yoga for Beginners is a complete book in itself and does not have any video guides.
How about the content?
The Home Yoga Toolkit and the Home Yoga for Beginners Book are complementary to each other.
The Book is targeted at people who do not yet have a regular yoga practice, OR have been practising yoga but are new to doing it independently at home. We include information on yoga philosophy, foundations to practising at home from scratch, and more beginner-friendly poses that are explained in detail.
The Home Yoga Toolkit emphasises on the practical aspects. The scope of the Toolkit covers asana practice, breathwork or pranayama, and meditation. These are delivered in both video and written format so that you can get the most out of the course.
Also, the Toolkit is regularly updated with new information and content to further benefit your practice. The Book, however, will only be updated in future editions.
How much time will I need to do this course?
The Home Yoga Toolkit doesn’t have a fixed schedule and you can go as fast or as slow as you need. Yes, the classes are all 30-60 minutes long, but you do not need to complete each class at one go if your schedule doesn’t allow.
You can also use any of my 4 recommended workout plans, or simply go your own (we have a template for that too!).
Is this worth my investment?

Can I find any of this information free online?
Nope, not really. 90% of the free information on yoga is highly fragmented and incomplete. This is the nature of the internet. Of course, you can try to hunt for all the information in the Home Yoga Toolkit on your own, but you will be spending hundreds or thousands of house like I did while trying to build my home yoga practice.
This is the course I wish I had when I started out. It would have saved me so much time, money and effort!

The yoga classes are video files that can be streamed on any device. The books, guides, workout plans and yoga sequence cards are PDF documents.
