How much experience do I need to start the Home Yoga Toolkit?
There is no real requirement to start the course. However, if you want to get the most out of this course, I would recommend having a few months of practice prior.

This book is meant to help yogis kickstart their practice – it looks at basic concepts and details each poses so that you can slowly build up your experience. What is the difference between the Home Yoga Toolkit and the Home Yoga for Beginners Book?
Great question!
Let’s talk about the format. The Home Yoga Toolkit is delivered as a video based course supplemented with various ebooks and guides. The Home Yoga for Beginners is a complete book in itself and does not have any video guides.
How about the content?
The Home Yoga Toolkit and the Home Yoga for Beginners Book are complementary to each other.
The Book is targeted at people who do not yet have a regular yoga practice, OR have been practising yoga but are new to doing it independently at home. We include information on yoga philosophy, foundations to practising at home from scratch, and more beginner-friendly poses that are explained in detail.
The Home Yoga Toolkit emphasises on the practical aspects. The scope of the Toolkit covers asana practice, breathwork or pranayama, and meditation. These are delivered in both video and written format so that you can get the most out of the course.
Also, the Toolkit is regularly updated with new information and content to further benefit your practice. The Book, however, will only be updated in future editions.
How much time will I need to do this course?
The Home Yoga Toolkit doesn’t have a fixed schedule and you can go as fast or as slow as you need. Yes, the classes are all 30-60 minutes long, but you do not need to complete each class at one go if your schedule doesn’t allow.
You can also use any of my 4 recommended workout plans, or simply go your own (we have a template for that too!).
Is this worth my investment?
The value of the course contents is more than $300, and this will only increase further as we update it with new classes and resources.

Can I find any of this information free online?
Nope, not really. 90% of the free information on yoga is highly fragmented and incomplete. This is the nature of the internet. Of course, you can try to hunt for all the information in the Home Yoga Toolkit on your own, but you will be spending hundreds or thousands of house like I did while trying to build my home yoga practice.
This is the course I wish I had when I started out. It would have saved me so much time, money and effort!
How is the content delivered?
The yoga classes are video files that can be streamed on any device. The books, guides, workout plans and yoga sequence cards are PDF documents.
EVERY SINGLE video and PDF file is downloadable for easy offline access.

Yes! In fact every time there is a valuable piece of content or a class that would benefit our student’s home practice, we will not hesitate to include it in the course.
